At HelpToClean, we believe in providing a service that speaks for itself, and that's why we do not require our valued customers to sign any binding contracts. Throughout the years, our commitment to excellence has been the driving force behind our long-standing customer relationships.
 

• Liability and Dispute Resolution

HelpToClean is at your service 24/7 to assist in resolving disputes related to service quality, performance, or any loss or damage caused by the helper.

• Service Minimums and Cancellation Policy

 

Each cleaning session has a minimum duration of 2.5 hours and a minimum frequency of once every two weeks.

 

Should you need to cancel or amend a scheduled cleaning session within twenty-four (24) hours of the appointment, a cancellation penalty equivalent to 50% of the Booked Service Fee will apply. This policy is in place to account for the fact that last-minute cancellations or rescheduling can leave our helpers with empty time slots.

It is our standard policy to request a deposit from our clients to secure a booking slot for Indoor Formaldehyde Removal Service. This deposit not only secures a slot but also helps to partially cover various operational costs, including the preparation of solutions required in advance for the treatment, as well as the initial expenses involved in testing. Deposits collected for Indoor Formaldehyde Removal Service are non-refundable. 

 

• Indoor Formaldehyde Removal Services

For Indoor Formaldehyde Removal Services, HelpToClean offers a complimentary service within one year if the Formaldehyde level exceeds an unacceptable threshold (>0.08 ppm) only to clients who treated the entire unit. This is provided that no new source of formaldehyde (i.e. furniture) are being added after the treatment. HelpToClean only recognise readings from our IAQs (which comes at a cost), Government Agencies or List of laboratories accredited by the Singapore Accreditation Council. However, this offer is contingent on the absence of new sources or products contributing to off-gassing.

• Terms and Conditions Updates

 

HelpToClean Pte. Ltd. periodically reviews and may modify its Terms & Conditions of Use without prior notice. Any changes to these terms take immediate effect upon publication in this document. By continuing to use our services after such changes, you signify your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

• Formaldehyde Testing Promotion Terms and Conditions
  
  Free formaldehyde testing might be offered during the Promotion Period to individuals and businesses engaging our services, at the discretion of HelpToClean. Those who do not qualify for the free testing will be required to pay for the service. Recipients of free testing must comply with instructions provided by HelpToClean. The Promotion is subject to change or termination at HelpToClean's discretion.
